DataCenterSpace.io ("we") is based in the United Kingdom and is responsible for the details you send through our forms. This notice explains what we do with them.
The details you type into a form: name, work email, company, optional phone, and your space, power, timing and budget needs. We also record which page you used.
To match your request with data center providers or referral partners and get you quotes. Our lawful basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Up to three providers or referral partners who can meet your request, and only after we have confirmed your requirements with you. Also our form and email service providers (Google). We never sell your details.
Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
