Abundant land, competitive power from the NSW grid, and proximity to the new Western Sydney Airport make it ideal for hyperscale deployments. Major operators are building multi-hundred megawatt campuses in this corridor.

Sydney is Australia's primary submarine cable landing point, with connections to systems including the Southern Cross Cable, Australia-Japan Cable, Indigo, and JGA South. These cables provide direct routes to the US, Japan, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand, making Sydney the lowest-latency point for international connectivity in Australia.
